This is in response to your FOIA request dated March 20, 1998. Your request has been processed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Freedom of Information Act.

Review of the requested information is now complete. The outcome of the review is that the information is releasable. For the enclosed material, please remit your check, payable to the Treasury of the United States, for $198.10, to cover the costs for search ($248.10 minus $50 for 1st 2 hours) and  reproduction ($14.25 minus 1st 100 copies = $0). All monthly progress reports delivered by Sherikon, Inc. to STRICOM for contract no:  N61339-92-D-0018 between January 1, 1996 to January 1, 1997 for Delivery Order No. 2.

Minutes of all MIS board meetings between January 1, 1996 to January 1, 1997.

Minutes of all World Wide Web Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings between January 1,1 996 and January 1, 1997.

All correspondence received from the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Reform (DUSD(AR)) to execute tasking or to receive funding to implement Electronic Commerce, Electronic Data Interchange between January 1, 1996 and January 1, 1997.

Copies of October 11, 1996 correspondence from Harlan F. Gottlieb to D.G. Sweigert and October 8, 1996 correspondence from D.G. Sweigert to Harlan Gottlieb, and any notes, letters, memorandum created by a Government employee as a result of these letters.

Copies of all letter, memorandum, notes, etc., exchanged between any Government employee at AMC or STRICOM and the Department of Justice and the U.S. Army CID regarding events described in the letters referenced in paragraph G. Copies of all written materials contained in any file regarding the investigation and outcome of the subject matter described in paragraph G.
